When can I talk to my child's teacher?

If you would like to speak with Principal/Teacher it is necessary to make an appointment beforehand. If you wish to discuss a classroom related issue, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Make an appointment to discuss the issue with the class teacher

In the event of any further issues arising from the meeting with the class teacher contact the Principal.

Please note that the Principal will only discuss class related issues if they've been discussed previously with the class teacher. Remember that all members of staff in this school have each child's best interest at heart.

How can I find out about monies owed?

Please contact the school secretary with regard to fees for book rental, school insurance, requisite money and swimming.

Party Invitations

Teachers will not give out or assist children in distributing birthday party invitations. This is school policy and aimed at having the happiness of all children in mind.

School Secretary

Marian our school secretary works from 9am to 1pm every day. Please ring the school office should you need to make contact. Our school mobile is (086) 024 6390. This is available and will be operated by school Principal after hours.

Parent/Teacher meeting

Parent/Teacher meetings take place annually in November. However, if you need to speak to a teacher, an appointment can be arranged. Ring Marian and the class teacher will get back in contact with you.
